Xiaomi fix 3 major bugs of Redmi K20 Pro in MIUI 12.0.2

Redmi k20/k20 Pro (9T/9T Pro) is the first device who got MIUI 12 Update in the first batch. But there are too many bugs on this update(12.0.1). That's why Xiaomi pushed this update for some partial users. Luckily I got this update on 2nd July 2020. Then I update immediately to experience the new UI.

After updating, no doubt the look and feel has totally changed but I saw a lot of bugs in my daily uses. Mainly I saw 3 very major problems.

  • System Crashing when using Camera app
  • Control center not opening all time as well
  • MI Logo stuck on boot (Bootloop)

System Crashing when using Camera app

When I use the camera app, sometimes it will close automatically and restart the whole system. Also I saw a problem, when I recorded video in 4K 30 FPS the camera started lagging.

Xiaomi fix 3 major bugs of Redmi K20 Pro in MIUI 12.0.2

Xiaomi introduced their new Control center in MIUI 12. But in the first update of K20/K20Pro the control center was not opening always as well.

MI Logo stuck on boot (Bootloop)

This problem is happening for some users. They share this on the MIUI Community. But the good thing is I don't see any problem like this on my unit.
Xiaomi has recently pushed a new update MIUI 12.0.2 for all K20/K20 Pro(9T/9T Pro) users. Because in this update they fixed many bugs including 3 major bugs which I mentioned. This update is the second update for me but not for all.

Actually who didn't get the first update of miui 12, this update is first for him. If you are a user of Redmi K20 and K20 Pro(Indian variant) or Mi 9T and 9T Pro (Global) then check this update on your device. Xiaomi rolling out this update slowly for all users.

How to update?

Well, first of all go to your Settings > About phone > Click MIUI Version. System will automatically detect the update. But in case if you don't see any update then you should wait for some more time.
Otherwise you can update manually. I will provide you with a direct download link of the ROM.
You just need to download and flash via your MIUI Recovery or fastboot mood (Need a PC with ADB Driver installed) I suggest you to flash this ROM using recovery. Because if you flash through fastboot then your all data will be erased.
